Change the Email Frequency

Wish to minimize sending repeated review emails to customers? You can now adjust the frequency of the review emails sent to individual email addresses in the dashboard.

Adjusting The Email Frequency

  • Head over to Settings - Customize - Reviews - Options

  • There are seven settings to choose from:
    • Send for new order => Review email will be sent for every new order for all email addresses
    • Send for only 1st order => Review email will be sent only to the 1st order for every email address
    • Skip 1st order, send for 2nd order onwards => Review email will be sent only for the 2nd and subsequent orders for the email address
    • Skip 1st and 2nd orders, send for 3rd order onwards => Review email will be sent only for the 3rd and subsequent orders for the email address
    • Skip the product when a review has been submitted before => Review email will not be sent for a product once a review for it has been submitted
    • Skip the customer when a review has been submitted before => Review email will not be sent to the customer once a review has been submitted by the email address
    • Send only once for each product => Review email will be sent once per product and stopped subsequently, regardless if a review is submitted or not.
