Customize Localization of Review Request Email

You can change the labels in English language text to your native language that suits your target customers 

NOTE: For further customization/translation of the entire review email, the layout editor will be required, which is available in the Business plan: What is and Creating Layouts

Translating The Labels In The Review Email

  1. Settings - Customize - Reviews - Localization
  2. Simply edit the text of each header
  3. Click ‘Save’ button on the right side of the page
