Loyalty & Rewards: Points Adjustment

At times, you may need to adjust points for certain customers due to various reasons - e.g. special event held that is not registered in the Loyalty & Rewards program.

This function will allow you to adjust the points for each customer that is registered in your Loyalty & Rewards program.

How To Adjust Points

  1. Head over to Customers

  2. Click on the customer row that requires points adjustment.
  3. Click on the "Points Adjustment" button.

  4. Select Type (Credit for adding points to existing points, Debit for deducting points from existing points).
  5. Fill up the Points and Reason (if any) field.
  6. Click on the "Adjust" button to adjust the points.
