Loyalty & Rewards: Dashboard limitations based on platform

While we try to make all of our features available as quickly as we can to all of our users, there are certain dashboard settings in our Loyalty & Rewards app which are restricted to specific platforms.

The below guide provides instructions for both our Loyalty Classic and Loyalty 2.0 experience. We are migrating customers to Loyalty 2.0 throughout the coming months. If you're unsure which version you are on now, please first navigate here.

Shopify - Loyalty Classic

• Points Program - Customer Tags for rule exclusions - Points Program Rules
• Points Program - Gift Cards - Shopify Plus is required to allow redeeming points for a Gift Card reward
• Points Program - Shopify Point-of-sales (POS) rewards include the POS Amount discount and POS Percentage off. POS Rewards
• Points Program - Applies To - This allows you to restrict the application of the generated coupon code to only selected collections/categories in the store. The collection IDs will have to be entered in the setting (not the collection tag). Applies To Rule
• Checkout Redemption widget - only available on Shopify Plus Checkout Widget
• Translation of the launcher content can be done by using a set of liquid codes based on the tags created by a translation app: Translating Launcher Content
