Exclude Customers from Review Request with Tags

If you've any specific customers that you do not wish to send a review request to, you can now exclude them using customer tags.

*Note: Only applies to Shopify users. For other e-commerce platforms, you can use the suppression list instead: Exclude Customers from all emails 

In This Guide

Adding The Tag

  1. Settings - General - Exclusions
  2. Type in the product tag you wish to exclude from being requested for review (e.g. 'exclude-customer') under "Exclude customers from Review Request with tags", save the settings.
  3. Add the tag 'exclude-customer' for all customers you wish to be excluded from review request in your Shopify's Admin.
